I usually clean my pc with CCleaner and when I analize the disk it find about 200-300MB of temporary files (especially browser history).

Now I just installed CCEnhancer and it found 3,5GB of old junk files! Great!

You install it and the next time you start your computer and CCleaner you will see many extra cleaning options under Applications denoted with an asterik*. The site doesn't show the before-afters, so I made screenshots. Note that when you load Applications on CCleaner, it will now take longer to open.
