Secure and private with password-on-link option.
Only thing going for this app is a clean UI. The upload is very slow. Account creation process can be very very messy. You can lose the account or get caught in a loop. Getting to sync 2 devices on 1 account is very tedious and might end up frustrating you.
I think the slowness of the app is probably cause of the blockchain limitations. If you are sending maybe files less than 1 Mb it might be a good option.
