What is BillyBox?

BillyBox solves a simple but universal problem: invoices and receipts are scattered across your email inbox, and collecting them for your accountant is tedious, stressful, and easy to procrastinate.

BillyBox connects directly to your email — Gmail, Zoho Mail, or any IMAP provider — and automatically scans for invoice and receipt attachments. No forwarding emails to a special address. No scanning paper receipts. Just connect your inbox and BillyBox finds the invoices for you.

Once collected, you review and classify each document as business, personal, or ignored using an intuitive interface: swipe gestures on mobile (right = business, left = personal, down = ignore) or keyboard shortcuts on desktop. The whole monthly review takes 5-10 minutes.

When you're ready, export an organized ZIP file sorted by classification and month. Hand it to your accountant, upload it to your drive, or archive it, however you prefer.
