Beamprobe is a modern virtual data room for sharing confidential documents during fundraising, M&A, due diligence, and client work. Built as an honest alternative to enterprise tools like iDeals, Datasite, Firmex, and Intralinks for buyers priced out of per-deal sales quotes.

The product covers what most buyers actually need: multi-document data rooms with per-recipient tracked links, NDA acceptance gate with tamper-evident PDF audit log, page-by-page viewer analytics (with bot scanner filtering), dynamic per-viewer watermarking, password protection, expiry dates, and custom branded domains.

Documents are AES-256 envelope-encrypted before they touch storage. Storage defaults to EU jurisdiction on Cloudflare R2 with US region available on request. The app holds the wrapping key. The storage provider only ever sees ciphertext. GDPR-ready by default with full Article 32 measures, including signed Data Processing Agreement available to every paid plan.

Pricing is flat: Free (1 room, 10 documents), Pro at $29/month (5 rooms, unlimited documents, NDA gate, custom domain), Business at $79/month (unlimited rooms, deeper analytics, dedicated success channel). No per-user fees. 14-day Pro trial requires no credit card.
