Ranking VPN services is incredibly difficult because everyone has different experiences, preferences, and expectations for what makes a "perfect" provider. For me, privacy comes first above all else. I try to keep a wide range of factors in mind, but I’ve moved away from commercial companies like Surfshark. To me, they feel more like a business than an activist-driven service with privacy as their top priority.
