Honestly, what caught my attention first was how differently you've approached CRM. Most tools feel like they were built around process, not people — yours feels the opposite. The real-time notes and auto-updating records alone would save my team a ton of back-and-forth. Nobody wants to spend half their day logging things manually.

Honestly, what caught my attention first was how differently you've approached CRM. Most tools feel like they were built around process, not people — yours feels the opposite. The real-time notes and auto-updating records alone would save my team a ton of back-and-forth. Nobody wants to spend half their day logging things manually.
The pipeline tracking is solid too. When you're moving fast, the last thing you need is to chase down where a deal actually stands. Having that update instantly just removes a whole category of friction. The email sync and meeting management piece is probably what I'd show a skeptic first though. Getting full interaction history in one place without anyone having to remember to log it — that's where most CRMs fall apart, and it sounds like you've actually solved it. For teams working the same deals together, the live notifications make a real difference. Less "wait, did anyone follow up on this?" and more just... knowing.
