What is AttendPad?
AttendPad replaces paper sign-in sheets with a digital equivalent. It covers two cases: event sheets for one-off sign-ins like conferences, workshops and meetings, and daily rooms for recurring time-in/time-out attendance in offices, classrooms and care facilities.
Attendees check in by scanning a QR code with their phone camera — no app download or account needed — or by tapping through a full-screen kiosk on a tablet at the entrance. Check-ins appear on the organiser's manage page in real time, and data exports to CSV or PDF.
Other features include digital signature capture, custom fields, photo verification, automatic checkout, overnight sessions that carry past midnight, late-arrival detection and per-room attendance history. Personal data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
