I know there are some users still using MS DOS applications. Intelestream, compared to Atollon Lagoon CRM looks like app from last century, where internet started. They have nice web site, but does anyone in rich web apps era want to work full day on web pages entering information instead of focusing on customers, projects & collaboration?
