What is Atlarix?

Atlarix is a desktop agent workstation for macOS, Windows and Linux, made by NorahLabs in Nairobi, Kenya. It plans, builds, reviews, debugs and tests real projects beside your editor rather than replacing it.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Work modes: Explore, Plan, Build, Debug and Review. A task tool spawns scoped workers whose edits come back as proposals, not writes.
  • Nothing changes on disk without your approval. File writes show a diff you can accept hunk by hunk, and shell commands run inside a per-OS write-confining sandbox (Seatbelt on macOS, Landlock on Linux, Low Integrity Level on Windows).
  • Fast, index-free search: bundled ripgrep over your workspace. No embeddings, no background indexing, so memory stays flat and startup is instant at any repo size.
  • Web research and page reading built in.
  • Chrome extension: an Atlarix side panel in your own browser that can read and act on the pages you are already signed in to.
  • Atlarix Reviewer: a GitHub App that reviews your pull requests.
  • MCP servers, skills and voice dictation.

THREE WAYS TO RUN A MODEL

  • Atlarix Core: managed models, no API key needed, metered as you use them.
  • Bring your own API key for any provider in the models.dev catalogue.
  • Local models through Ollama or LM Studio, fully offline and never touching Atlarix servers.

PRICING Every feature is free on every plan. Pro ($19/month) adds included Atlarix Core usage, shared across the desktop app, the Chrome extension and Atlarix Reviewer.
