Features include dyslexia reading modes (Bionic Reading, Syllable Colours, Grammar Colours), OpenDyslexic font, OCR, annotations, citations, translation, focus mode, reading guide, screen overlay, Pomodoro timer, and configurable keyboard shortcuts.
