What is AskMe Chat?

AskMe Suite is the solution designed and developed by our laboratories to obtain an integrated view of business processes, favoring operational efficiency, the effectiveness of actions, cost containment.

Designed for complex business contexts, it can easily adapt too to simpler scenarios always guaranteeing a return on investment in the short term.

AskMe Chat is a complete instant messaging system to support business processes (commercial sales, customer support, etc.). It supports anonymous chats or with recognized users both with human operator or automatic bot. The integration with AskMe Desk to open the request and view the customer card allows you to manage the chat as a communication channel integrated in the Suite. The customer component can be integrated into the front-end of any site or corporate portal (even as a Wordpress plug-in). The back office allows the management of queues (categories) with statistics related to waiting times, taking charge, chat closing and dropouts. Evaluation of customer satisfaction at the end of the chat.
