I recommend the Pro version. It has many features and is very reliable. It is also very easy to set up, no advanced knowledge is required.
If you take advantage of one of his frequent deals, you can buy the program for a good price.
I use this program for several years with very good results.
Liked it at first, then noticed that it wasted a lot of resources in the background and a lot of read/read I/O too.
Went out looking for something that didn't cause a ton of unnecessary I/O in the background and stumbled onto Backup4Sure which requires you to use the windows task scheduler to setup automation.
Once I got over the dread of having to do something slightly extra, I found that it worked great, especially for a no wasted background resources point of view.
Backup4Sure is for basic backups of course, and if you need more advanced things Ahshampoo could easily win out, but for me all I wanted to do is have uncompressed backup files synced up daily, weekly, and monthly.
