    Memrise used to be an efficient SRS for self-created flashcard decks, now it's mostly worthless unless you pay a monthly fee, which a popup prompts you to do every 3 minutes or so.

    Cross device syncing is paid option and all your file store locally. Otherwise it is good UI and good flashcard app.
