What is Amya?

Amya is a family locator for iPhone made by Apexx Apps in Cannock, UK. It shows a family where each other are on one calm map, with Places that alert on arrival and departure and Plans that stay silent unless someone doesn't arrive when expected. Several families, Trips and guests. Everything that tells you where your family is and whether they're okay is free with no time limit and no ads.

Location is end-to-end encrypted: Amya's server sees only ciphertext and stores no location history. There are no driving scores, no crash detection and no data sales, deliberately.

Amya+ (2.99 GBP a month or 24.99 a year, one subscription for the whole family, first week free) adds turn-by-turn navigation to a moving person, an on-foot finder, and answering a Come Get Me request with the sat nav. iPhone only, iOS 17 or later.
