My account is blocked because I used my mother's card when trying to buy her a new phone. The only way to unblock it is to send them a FAX… it's like they are stuck in the 90s.

I can't contact them because to do it I need to log in, but they don't allow me to anymore.

Besides that, it's a shitty, scummy company that treats their employees like a dog pile and sells Chinese electronics that can kill you (look up Louis Rossmann on YouTube).

Mixed feelings, on the one hand AWS is indispensable, on the other hand, the rest of Amazon is just awfulness. 5 stars for AWS, 0 stars for nearly everything else Amazon does

Of course, you can buy everything from Amazon, and the shipping and customer service is very good. But… it's a shitty company regarding human rights and the environments. It treats its employees very bad, and the conditions are disastrous. I've deleted my Amazon account years ago, and I won't order from them ever again. #SupportYourLocalBusinesses

i like amazon which it's good for decent everyday items but having limitations of not being able to leave reviews is nope for me i had this account for while now so doesn't make any sense it's like they want to control things thats why i took 2 stars off and their support wasn't that helpful to the solution i am moving elsewhere like ebay has what i need no problems there

honestly, I have to give amazon some credit. never had an issue with it, and after getting into huge problems on other sites, I ended up realizing how hassle-free of an experience amazon provides. the prices are not as low as, lets say, aliexpress, but at least you're guaranteed to have the opportunity to return your product, to contact someone, etc, and I think this is what really matters for a site like this one.
