ALTE information
What is ALTE?
Most trackers do one thing. ALTE brings meals, workouts, sleep and progress into a single log, then shows how they move together over time.
Log food with calories and macros — search a database, scan a barcode, snap a photo, or just describe what you ate. Log strength work with sets, reps and weight, plus cardio, class and flexibility sessions. Add sleep with a quality rating, water, body weight, body measurements, supplements and progress photos. Tag days and rate effort to capture how each one actually felt.
Progress turns that log into something readable: an activity heatmap, trends over weeks and months, and Insights that check your numbers against your own targets, work out which way each metric is heading, and surface what tends to go together.
There is no ALTE account. Your data lives on your device and in your own private iCloud, syncing across your devices, and you can export all of it as a CSV bundle at any time.
Free for 7 days with no account and no payment details. After that ALTE Pro is a monthly or annual subscription — and if you stop, nothing is locked away: everything you have logged stays visible and exportable.
iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, with home and lock screen widgets and Watch complications.
