What is AllBack?

AllBack is a form builder with automatic reminders. A normal form builder gives the user a link. AllBack also gets the answers back.

The user tells an AI what to collect and from whom. AllBack builds the form, and the user checks it in a preview before anything goes out. Each person then gets a personal link by email, with known details filled in. No account and no password are needed to answer. Answers save as people type.

Before the due date, AllBack reminds only the people who are not done. The reminders stop by themselves. The user can ask "who is still missing?" at any time and get every answer and file in one sheet, or as a CSV file. For anyone without a list, a form with one open link or a QR code is available.

Common uses: speaker details and headshots, client onboarding documents, new-hire details, policy sign-off, RSVPs, vendor documents, and year-end documents for an accountant.

Forms support 18 question types, steps and pages, logic and paths, file uploads and signatures, prefill from a sheet or a CRM, and a style described in words.

AllBack works in Claude and ChatGPT through a remote MCP server, and in any AI through a link format. The Free plan costs $0 with no card: unlimited forms and answers. Pro costs $15 a month, billed yearly. Business costs $51 a month, billed yearly.
