AI Interviews

AI Interviews is the platform that lets hiring teams run structured, scored, and proctored interviews at scale; without adding a single recruiter to the team. Here's how it works: paste in a job description, and AI Interviews generates a tailored question bank with adaptive follow-ups. Send candidates one link, and our AI interviewer conducts a real, conversational interview on any device, no scheduling, no app install. Every candidate gets a fair shot, interviewed in parallel, around the clock.

After each call, four AI analysis passes score the candidate on communication, JD-fit, skill coverage, and fraud, with every score anchored to a verbatim transcript quote. No black-box numbers. Built-in proctoring flags coached, read, or AI-generated answers, so your decisions are defensible all the way to legal.

The result: teams hire up to 2x faster, recruiters skip the early rounds and walk straight into ranked shortlists, and candidates get heard based on their actual answers, not a two-second résumé skim.
