What is Agent-Native Clips?

Agent-Native Clips is an open-source screen recorder (a self-hosted Loom alternative) built on Builder.io's Agent-Native framework, so its actions are exposed as MCP tools. Every recording gets an automatic searchable transcript, and each clip is published in a format agents can consume directly — transcript, summaries, and timestamped frames — so a model that can't ingest raw video can still "watch" a recording and act on it. It also captures browser console errors and failed network requests alongside bug recordings, and includes push-to-talk dictation. MIT-licensed, self-hostable, free — you own the recordings and the player pages. Auth is standard MCP OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration.
