We've been using Actioner for internal ticketing and it's been working great so far! The tool is definitely more sophisticated than the usual automation tools like Zapier. You can build your own business logic no matter how complicated it is.. They also provide ready to use apps, and this makes it easy to start. We modified their support/Zendesk app a bit and got what we needed easily. Their team is very helpful with questions, too. Pricing is also easy, worked fine with our Finance department.

It is the only application that I can make slack applications that can show interactions like buttons etc. to the user.
