You can combine nature sounds with café noises, a singing bowl or white noise. I only would prefer more animals, like sheep or cows, but there are only birds and crickets available. You can switch on a so-called meander, which makes the volume of each sound gently wander up and down at random, so that it sounds more natural. Also a timer is available.
