9mCollab is an organization management tool that enables logically structured, conclusion-driven collaboration. It’s built for organizations and team members to enjoy conclusive discussions and faster decision making with less information noise and distraction. It helps to translate the results of communication into a valuable knowledge base.
Nonlinear Chat (NLC) model enables thread branching whenever the main topic is changed. It allows some users to discuss specific details without interrupting the flow of the original discussion. Conclusion Driven Collaboration (CDC) model drives users to the result of the communication - mutually accepted, quickly voted, adjustable, searchable, and shareable conclusion. We enable any user to gather all relevant stakeholders and propose a Conclusion on any particular topic on the communication tree. Approved conclusion represents the current standpoint of the majority of discussion participants or all of them, depending on if the vote was a majority or a consensus vote. Whenever the conclusion is proposed, the dynamics of the discussion change because participants focus on a particular solution, and the conversation becomes far more productive.
Organically - via everyday communication and conclusions/decisions which come out of it - build the internal or external knowledge base. The part when users share their workgroup conclusion into an internal or external knowledge base is an integral part of our 9mCollab dynamics that transfers results of the communication in the knowledge base, accessible to everyone in the organization.
