Pale Moon 35 targets modern site compatibility with shims

Pale Moon 35.0.0 adds default compatibility shims and polyfills for modern web APIs, alongside CSS :has(), adoptedStyleSheets, CSSStyleSheet.replaceSync, and revert-layer support.

It also updates Firefox compatibility mode to version 140 by default and fixes garbage and DOM cycle collection for heavy modern websites.

The release also includes performance enhancements, expanded platform support, and fixes for multiple security vulnerabilities.
