SparkyLinux 8.4 restores 32-bit support and updates all packages

Sparky 8.4 is now available, restoring 32-bit system support alongside amd64 and ARM64 versions.

All core packages and desktop environments have been updated to the latest available from Sparky and Debian repositories as of August 9, 2026.

The release provides kernel updates and supports multiple desktop environments, with lightweight Openbox and CLI options for 32-bit users.

Existing installations can be upgraded without the need to reinstall.
