Linux Mint 22.3 releases HWE ISOs with kernel 7.0 and streamlines kernel management

Linux Mint 22.3 has released a new set of HWE ISOs featuring kernel 7.0, providing updated hardware support.

Kernel management is now handled via the System Administration tool for both Linux Mint and LMDE, focusing on series tracking and improving user control.

The update adds a dedicated page for managing system-wide environment variables and brings full Fcitx5 support to Cinnamon with Wayland and X11 parity.
