Claude desktop app launches for Linux with Chat, Cowork, and Code
Claude has released its desktop app in beta for Linux users on Ubuntu and Debian, bringing Chat, Cowork, and Code features to the platform.
The release offers parallel sessions, visual diff review, an integrated terminal and editor, and live app preview, matching the experience found on macOS and Windows.
Computer Use is not included in this beta, with more features planned for future updates.
