ServiceNow expands AI Control Tower for full AI lifecycle management

ServiceNow has enhanced its AI Control Tower, adding capabilities for discovery, monitoring, governance, security, and financial measurement of AI systems across public clouds and enterprise apps. The update introduces 30 new integrations, live agent observability after the Traceloop acquisition, strengthened compliance features matching NIST and EU AI Act standards, and real-time permission controls combining Veza technology. ServiceNow also announced new tools to streamline AI administration and deployment, with major features launching through August 2026.
