OpenTofu v1.12 adds dynamic prevent_destroy and auto provider checksums
OpenTofu v1.12.0 allows the prevent_destroy lifecycle argument to reference variables within the same module for more dynamic, environment-specific configurations.
Provider checksum handling is now automated, with tofu init adding all necessary hashes by default.
In addition, the new -json-into option enables parallel JSON and UI outputs for better integration workflows.
