Ghost adds saved audience segments and faster member filtering

Ghost now allows users to save custom audience segments as named member views directly in the sidebar. The members list and filtering tools have been redesigned to be faster and more intuitive.

Ghost(Pro) users have immediate access to these features, while self-hosted users must update to the latest version.
