Asahi Linux automates installer updates, adds VRR and Bluetooth fixes

Asahi Linux now automates installer updates and brings native firmware update support for the ambient light sensor, streamlining future maintenance. Variable Refresh Rate is supported for displays via a kernel option, and Bluetooth audio reliability has improved following new coexistence command support. Idle power consumption is reduced on supported MacBook Pro models, while users also benefit from support for additional high-fidelity audio sample rates and expanding hardware enablement for M3 devices.
