PrivacyNotes arrives on Google Play for encrypted personal data

PrivacyNotes, AlternativeTo's official partner, is now available on Google Play, with on-device encryption for notes, tasks, calendars, journals and passwords.

Its self-custody model keeps the recovery phrase with the user, while the server holds nothing that can open stored content.

Zapstore and Obtainium versions will continue receiving updates, while moving to Play requires a synced app, the 12-word recovery phrase and replacing the existing install.
