Zotero for iOS adds Read Aloud for PDFs, EPUBs and web pages

Zotero for iOS now includes Read Aloud for PDFs, EPUBs, and webpage snapshots, using the same voices as the desktop app.

The feature skips citations, headers, footers, and tables, while offering sentence or paragraph navigation and a one-tap option to highlight or underline the current sentence. Playback continues when the device is locked or another app is open, and it resumes from the last listening position.

High-quality Zotero Voices require an internet connection and Zotero account, with Standard and Premium monthly usage tiers.
