eM Client 10.3 boosts email management with account groups, profiles, and new shortcuts

eM Client has launched version 10.3 of its email client, available for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, bringing enhanced email management features. This update, influenced by user feedback and insights from former Postbox users, introduces several new functionalities. Users can now organize their sidebar with account groups, allowing them to expand and collapse specific account collections for better focus.

Additionally, the app supports running in separate profiles, a feature exclusive to paid users, facilitating the separation of work and personal accounts or accommodating multiple users on a single device. A “Go” section in the main menu has been added for quick navigation to specific folders or messages.

The update also enhances calendar management, enabling users to view the Free/Busy state of events across all calendars, simplifying schedule comparisons. Numerous new keyboard shortcuts have also been introduced, streamlining actions for keyboard-centric users.

Other notable additions include the ability to insert Placeholders in QuickTexts, a QuickText library, new rule actions, directional delete, a signature library, an option to reply with a QuickText, and a customizable send message sound. These improvements aim to refine the user experience and efficiency in email management.

eM Client bought and killed Postbox and gave it's users a subpar deal on eM Client.

Not a company I'd want to give more money to buy and kill off other competition.
