Wine 9.12 released with rewrite of CMD.EXE engine, user32 support, and updated Mono engine

The popular compatibility layer Wine has just released version 9.12. This update introduces initial support for user32 data structures in shared memory, enhancing the integration and performance of Windows applications on Linux and macOS systems. Additionally, the Mono engine has been updated to version 9.2.0, providing improved .NET framework support.

One of the significant changes in this release is the complete rewrite of the CMD.EXE engine, which should result in better command-line functionality and script compatibility. The update also addresses the handling of asynchronous I/O status in the new WoW64 mode, ensuring smoother operation of 32-bit applications on 64-bit systems. Various bug fixes are included, contributing to overall stability and performance improvements.
