Mozilla releases Firefox 123.0 with improved translation and advanced developer tools

Mozilla has unveiled Mozilla Firefox 123.0, the newest monthly update for its browser, which is available for download prior to the official announcement. The update introduces significant improvements to translation features, including the extension of local webpage translations to tooltips and text within form controls for a more comprehensive experience. It also improves user accessibility by relocating address bar settings to the search section in Firefox Settings, making browsing preference management more straightforward.

The new update also introduces developer-friendly features. These include a new "Save Response As" feature in Firefox's Network Monitor that allows the saving of response bodies to disk, potentially streamlining development processes. It also provides improved SVG gradients, support for linear RGB interpolation, full support for Early Hints via Preload and Modulepreload support, and upgraded Web Authentication API with support for cross-origin credential creation.

These enhancements aim to boost web performance, provide efficient DOM element management, and improve security and usability in web applications. You can download them from the official page or here.

Can't wait for this one... had to use the Firefox translation since I refuse to use Chrome on personal machines. But damn the translation was in need of drastic updates/improvements. Used it on enough occasions to be able to tell it's kinda crap... not that Chrome's translation is the holy grail, but it was a rather significant difference. Finger's crossed they nailed it!!!
