Midjourney introduces a new moodboard feature & enhanced AI model customization
Midjourney has launched a new moodboard feature that enhances the creative process by allowing users to upload multiple reference images to guide AI outputs. This feature enables the creation of more complex and tailored results by letting users populate mood boards through image uploads, URL links, or selections from their library. The mood boards are shareable and come with customizable parameters, promoting collaboration and creative exploration among users.
Alongside mood boards, Midjourney has also updated its AI model customization system. This new system allows for the creation of multiple profiles and more efficient model customization using reference image collections. It reduces the number of image ratings needed for effective customization, starting the process with as few as 40 ratings and stabilizing profiles at around 200.
This update supports multiple model profiles, simplifies output organization, and makes personalization tools like mood boards and faster profile creation accessible at midjourney.com/personalize after completing at least 40 image ratings.
