X has finally launched the public web version of its Job Search tool

X has officially rolled out its job search tool to all web users, after an initial beta version was only available to verified users. The tool, soon to be accessible on iOS and Android, displays job vacancies from tech firms like SpaceX, Tesla, Neuralink, X, and x.ai. Similar to LinkedIn, users can view job listings and details, but must apply through third-party websites, even for roles at X.

The platform is also testing "job cards" to make job postings more shareable and simplify the job hunt process. Changes in X's privacy policy hint at the potential introduction of more sophisticated career-focused features, possibly collecting employment history data for job applications and recommendations. Despite its current basic design, X appears to have grander plans for the tool, possibly integrating a recruitment feature or other advanced job search capabilities.
