PicsArt unveils 'Ignite', a new suite with 20 AI-powered tools for visual content creation

PicsArt has launched a new set of AI-powered tools known as 'Picsart Ignite', accessible through the Picsart web platform and mobile apps. The suite comprises up to 20 new AI-powered tools for creating a range of visual content, including ads, social posts, logos, videos, images, GIFs, backgrounds, QR codes, stickers, and even videos.

PicsArt Ignite is an advancement of the company's original AI tools, such as AI Writer, AI Image Generator, and AI Replace, with new and more advanced tools that take things to the next level. Among these, we can highlight the "AI Expand" feature, which enables users to add more details to images using AI prompts, while "AI Style Transfer" applies artistic styles to visuals, and the suite includes two "AI Avatar" tools for creating business portraits and transforming individuals and pets into superheroes or royalty, akin to popular apps like Lensa or certain TikTok filters. The suite features AI filters to enhance uploaded videos, including the "AI Object Remove in Video" for deleting unwanted objects. It also allows users to create GIFs and stickers from text prompts using the company's recently open-sourced text-to-video model.

As mentioned earlier, the suite is available on PicsArt's web, iOS, and Android platforms. Undoubtedly, these new features position PicsArt as a notable alternative to consider among other graphic editing platforms that have started implementing similar functions, such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Microsoft Designer.
