PowerToys 0.75 unveiled: New dashboard, improved Peek feature, and enhanced utilities

Microsoft PowerToys has introduced version 0.75, which comes with several new features and improvements. One of the most notable additions is a new Dashboard home page in the Settings, allowing users quick access to module activation methods and clear descriptions. There's also a new utility that simplifies the configuration and management of profiles, enhancing the overall adaptability of toolset.

The Peek feature has been improved to enable previews of any supported file type that the user's machine can process, including Microsoft 365 Copilot files for those who have it installed. There's a new option in the PowerToys - Color Picker to end sessions by right-clicking, and a new utility for editing environment variables and setting up profiles has been added. FancyZones has also received various fixes and enhancements, mainly addressing window snapping and compatibility issues.
