Google Chrome 119 Beta will bring tab group syncing, tab organization feature, and more

Google is preparing to launch Google Chrome 119 beta on October 25, featuring the ability to save and sync tab groups. This feature, previously experimental, can be activated through flags or users can wait for the official release. Once enabled, a 'save group' option appears in the tab group's right-click menu, allowing users to reopen the group and sync it across devices. Google is also enhancing tab management in Chrome 119 with an intelligent tab organization feature. This includes a sweep button next to the tab switcher for easy creation and management of tab groups.

The iOS version of Chrome 119 also includes a feature for seamless browsing across devices, where a browser banner displays recently opened websites from other devices and provides a button to open them. Google is further testing hover link previews on desktop with Chrome 119, similar to Safari on iOS.

Users can update to Chrome 119 through the Play Store if they have the beta version, or download it from the website.
