Great list ! I would use NotesNook or StandardNotes for a Apple Notes replacement as it's e2ee, freemium and featurepack. Also ente to replace Apple Photos as it's also e2ee ! There is Cryptee that do both but it a webapp only.

Thanks for reply. I won't add not IOS apps, as well as standard notes, because SN are based in US, so they can repeat Lavabit's situation. Also, they have very expensive plans and 100mb for free plan...It's better to use listed options(+notesnook).
