Too many not that great options, ExpressVPN does not have open source client and does collect analytics. You cannot register anonymously. Same for NordVPN and probably most of closed source option you listed.
Mullvad VPN and IVPN are the private option ! AirVPN, Proton VPN and Calyx VPN are decent option too. But the others I am not that sure.
