Nice list. What are your thoughts on some of them? Did you get a chance to benchmark them? For me, when using 1.1.1.1 from CloudFlare, I found that sometimes page loading gets stuck and a reboot of the phone resolves it. I've not had any experience with AdGuard DNS, but I did find that NextDNS does include it in their filters. Plus, it does a really good job of stopping dodgy websites in their tracks.
