    GSCopyPro works similar to robocopy but in addition, it can copy open and locked files, send an email notification when done running...etc
    GSCopyPro also offers a full UI so that you do not have to script or type complex commands, you simple select source, destination and check boxes for things you want done (copy open files, copy NTFS security, email address to send to..etc), once done, you can then save it as a batch file to run later or click on run now and the job would be executed on the spot. Very clean and simple.
