Allows you to scroll any window or control by right clicking (RButton) and dragging the mouse. It works very similarly to the "Hand Tool" in Adobe products, such as Adobe PDF Reader.
ScrollNavigator helps you to scroll your documents horizontally and vertically. Simply click and hold down the right (or the middle) mouse button anywhere in a window and move the mouse to scroll the window contents.
