One year later, still a buggy mess. It has interesting features, but they can't be used properly.
Reviewed Recordly★The Windows version is also buggy... to the point I can't use it. Back to OBS.
Reviewed Authman 2FA★The account is required to use the app and the creation of one fails.
Reviewed Psono★★It's still a WIP - important features, like data export do not work yet, whereas import from Bitwarden is incomplete. There are a few annoying bugs (e.g. autofill and cache issues). The app (Android/Windows) is slow.
Reviewed Shinobi★I always feel bad rating FOSS so low, but Shinobi is just… bad. The performance is atrocious, probably because the app is written in JS. The configuration is hard, even with their ONVIF scanner it took me more time to set it up than in Frigate (with their text-only setup). The UI is buggy, no "sane defaults" settings - if you don't change a few things it won't show you live streams.
Reviewed Colota★★★★★Has a few issues and misses two or three "nice-to-haves", but overall it's good and looks great.
Reviewed Windows Calculator★They even managed to fuck up a calculator. That's Microslop for you. Copying doesn't work, pasting throws an error.

Accounts are only possible via Google OAuth
- Reviewed Canva★
Data extortion / log in coercion. I edited an image and when I wanted to download it they said I can't do that without logging in... what?? Then why even allow editing?
That's not even the worst part - I'm literally unable to log in - their form doesn't work. I entered my password and it just spins forever.
Reviewed USB Network Gate★Doesn't detect my USB printer. Another software doesn't have this issue.
Reviewed Tuya★There isn't much I despise more than Tuya. The app is trash. The developer platform is piece of garbage. Multiple links on their website are 404 or "redirect loop". I stopped counting how many times they broke my integrations just because I decided to use MY DEVICES locally instead of connecting them to their cloud. Translations in my language are so bad, they do the opposite they describe. What a sh*t show.
Reviewed Relay.app★Account creation is only possible via Google or Microsoft. I will never understand why companies force users to use a third-party account to access their service, but you should at least offer a wider choice, not just two horrible ones… There is a lot to choose from https://www.passportjs.org/packages/
Reviewed Oracle Linux★I can't believe how bad it is. They broke it so much it's unusable now - running dnf search/install results in 100% usage, and the system hangs. Not even oomd kicks it. All that on their own Cloud.
Reviewed Fastmail★★★★★Too pricey but 5 stars for the JMAP protocol.

No. I'm sorry, I tried to love it many times. Yes, the snapshots are resting fine, but the app itself is a buggy mess.
- It doesn't check for available space while creating a snapshot, so it will fill up your disk completely, and even after this, it still tries to complete the snapshot instead of cancelling, so you will have to wait until it "finishes" because…
- Killing the broken snapshotting process will result in that snapshot not appearing AT ALL - you will have to remove it manually...

With a runtime of one minute in the free version, it's sometimes hard to analyse some files.

Arch, but better
Reviewed Tracebit★Sign in is possible ONLY via Google account

There is no sorting by price so you need to manually browse all pages of that specific TLD you are interested in. The prices are off.
- Reviewed Proton Pass★
It's been nearly three years since Proton Pass was introduced to us. You would think that's enough time to develop basic features, right?
Not for Proton. Still no multi-account support and no folders (in November 2025 they said it's wip).
To this day, there isn't a (free) password manager I can recommend other than Bitwarden (which has a few annoying bugs but at least is usable).
Reviewed fish★There is no way to disable/remove the built-in function "please" that serves no purpose other than a funny joke – it's an alias to "sudo".
The reason it's bad is simple – I use a tool called "please" and since shell functions are "before" binaries in path I had to create my own config.fish that uninitializes their function.
Reviewed GoboLinux★★★★★For its uniqueness
Reviewed DHGate★Account password cannot contain special characters (symbols). Someone should tell them it's not 2010 anymore.
Reviewed Geovelo★★No option to import from Strava or similar apps. No export option, mobile-only.
