Worst nightmare. If you want your pages to look good and consistent, Zoho Sites is the worst possible solution. Text styles are inconsistent, you can create a new paragraph and it will be different from the one you created a second ago. Additional useless tags added to the code, so the page you see in the editor and the one you will see in the result are 2 completely different things. No line height editing, font size settings shifted and unpredictable, blocks jumping around. Sometimes the site just doesn't publish, sometimes css you add is completely ignored. Do not recommend, don't look at the price, this doesn't worth even that.
Just tested it Zoho Sites to get a feel for Zoho's apps since some seems promising from the descriptions, but i really cannot recommend Zoho Sites. The designs are terrible and you it hard to customize things..
If you look for a website builder I suggest you take a look at
Squarespace or 
Webflow instead.
