Zipasite is a free online website downloader that saves public web pages and their supporting files in a ZIP archive for offline browsing.
Enter a website address, choose a page limit and select whether to include linked documents such as PDFs. Zipasite discovers pages through links and sitemaps, saves images, stylesheets and fonts, and rewrites links between saved pages so you can browse them locally.
Extract the ZIP and open index.html in your browser. Use it to keep reference material, prepare reading for a journey or capture public pages before a website redesign.
Features include:
• Adjustable page limits.
• Optional linked-document downloads.
• A setting to retain website scripts.
• Local navigation between saved pages.
• Download notes identifying missing pages or files.
• ZIP creation in your browser, with files passing through the Zipasite server.
Current free limits are 200 HTML pages, 2,000 files and a 500 MB ZIP per download, with five downloads per browser in 24 hours. Saved HTML pages include a small Zipasite banner.
Zipasite saves public content. Sign-in, forms, checkout and other server-dependent features remain on the live website. JavaScript-loaded content may not be captured. Archives contain downloaded public files, not databases or server code.
