Ziggu information
What is Ziggu?
Ziggu is a project collaboration and client portal platform for companies that manage complex, client-facing projects. It brings clients, internal teams and external partners together in one structured environment, replacing scattered emails, WhatsApp conversations, file-transfer links and disconnected project communication.
Companies can create a fully branded client portal with their own logo, colors and identity, giving clients one professional place to follow their project, find documents, receive updates, communicate with the project team and complete actions.
Ziggu supports the complete project journey, from client onboarding and ongoing project communication to decisions, approvals, delivery and aftercare. Teams can standardize their way of working using reusable project templates, milestones, tasks, workflows, automations and automatic reminders.
Key features include centralized conversations with internal notes, document management and version control, digital decisions and approvals, tasks and milestones, client updates, forms, financial information, moodboards, reports and aftercare or punch-list management. Access can also be given to external partners and subcontractors while controlling what information they can see.
Ziggu is particularly suited to project-driven businesses such as property developers, architects, contractors, creative agencies, manufacturers and other companies where customers are actively involved throughout the delivery of a project.
Rather than replacing a company's ERP, CRM or internal systems, Ziggu can act as the collaboration and client-facing layer on top of them. Integrations are available for tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Teamleader, SharePoint, Exact Online, Power BI, Archisnapper (Deltek) and Aproplan (Causeway Technologies), while a public API enables custom integrations and automated workflows.
