What is ZenFlow?

ZenFlow: Meditation Timer is a quiet timer for people who already know how to meditate — zazen, vipassana, shamatha. You set a length, you sit, and one Tibetan singing bowl closes the sit. There is no guided audio, no course, no teacher library, no social feed and no badges.

The free version has 5-, 10- and 15-minute sits, rain or silence, 4-7-8 breathing, and a quiet record of your sits with a gentle streak that never nags. Premium adds sits up to 90 minutes, optional interval bells every 5 to 20 minutes, nine ambient sounds, box breathing and a daily goal. Premium is monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

No account is needed to start: your record stays on the phone until you choose to create one. Available in English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Dutch and Lithuanian. No ads.
